I’m Jacob Rozenberg.
I’m a New York State licensed real estate salesperson with Pods and Castles Realty. Based in Brooklyn, I work with homeowners considering a sale across New York City’s five boroughs, with a particular focus on Brooklyn.
My commercial real estate finance background dates to 2008. That experience shapes how I approach a residential sale: examine the facts, understand the financial implications, and explain the tradeoffs before asking a client to make a decision.
